In a client first consultative fashion, John focuses on web accessibility and has researched and vetted the various solutions on the market, partnering with the best companies in the space. Using these tools, John works strategically with clients to develop meaningful solutions; auditing and remediating their web properties to not only achieve compliance but most importantly improve accessibility for all. John specializes in making seemingly complex concepts easy to understand and his independent approach puts clients first ensuring their needs are met and goals are achieved.
Shawn heads up Digital Echo’s document remediation services and is a digital accessibility expert specializing in assistive technology and alternate media. Shawn earned his Master’s Degree in Assistive Technology and Human Services and is pursuing his Doctorate in Educational Technology and Leadership.
He has over ten years’ experience in reviewing and remediating websites, documents and educational courses for Section 508 standards and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG). He is well versed with Section 504/508 of the Rehabilitation Act and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). His strength lies in the ability to review content professionally and convey that information in a meaningful way to the client so that they can fully comprehend the issue and the solution provided.
